Warning: MAJOR SPOILERS FOR SEASON 4 OF STARGATE ATLANTIS!!!!
Notes: This song i think fits absolutely perfectly with the situation of Torri and her role on Atlantis. Now i know that many of a few people don't agree with my dislike of Joseph Mallozzi, personally that's your choice, but i don't like him and express it all you like, but he does have the strongest hand on Torri's back as she's being pushed out the door.

So this vid is a sort of Torri Vs. Joseph video. While he's not physically in the video, i've taken the liberty of using Elizabeth ad Oberoth as a sort of metaphor.

A little bit of a rundown of the lyrics, for reference (note, this is not in specific order) :

'coz it's all, in the hands, of a bitter bitter man..." - Joe's control over Stargate and Torri's place in it.
'say goodbye, to the world you thought you lived in..." - Torri's beleif that she had some security in her place on Atlantis, some comfort in knowing she was wanted.
"take a bow, play the part..." - Torri picked herself up and she continued with the measly episodes that they offered her. Not because she wanted to, but because she didn't want to see Elizabeth end without her dignity, she respects Elizabeth, like we do.

And um...if you have another media program other than Media Player, try it in there. It's a little temporamental in Media Player...if you have Cyberlink PowerDVD it should work.

I haven't watched the eps yet.. wasn't sure if I wanted to even with everyone saying how awesome Torri is in them because I knew it was going to be painful. Now I definitely want to see them after all.

Gorgeous vid, great effects and great song choice. I love the part with the flashbacks at 3:30, with the quick clips of earlier eps. Beautiful work!

Can't really say, i just saw the links uploaded and decided "what the hey." and downloaded. The clips without the music though, fantastic for vidding! I wish i had one for every ep, it would make (V.0) so much easier.

Remember I said that you amaze me because sometimes you do some good quality but rather 'ordinary' stuff and the next you blow me off my feet? Well, this video definitely fits into the latter category. I think I watched it 15x without pause after finishing Lifeline. (And I still have to smile along with Weir everytime when the clip from Return2 plays [smile like you really mean it]).

Seriously, there are so many vids out there where, you know, the lyrics fit the clips and all, but for some reason they stay just that: One single clip after another, fitting one single line after the other. Your vid, however, is a ... I'm missing the word here... dictionary suggests 'unit' or 'entity'. It's a whole. If that makes sense. You don't see one clip plus another plus music, you see a video, a Gesamtkunstwerk. You have a great balance between cutting to the music and cutting to the lyrics. And I think it helps that you have two dominant colours, blue and red. With the exception of very few clips, they 'link' the clips closer together.

Okay, I'll stop now :P

Bottom line? LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This song works perfectly for your video. This is so sad. Your video really touches the heart. I seriously started crying. I miss Elizabeth so much!I love how you slowed down the clips. It really added a nice effect. Excellent job!
